Luis Pedro has over 12 years of experience in the analysis, selection process and due diligence of investment funds including, participation in the drafting of legal documents, communication with local regulators, audit management and liaising with administrators and depositaries.
Prior to joining Waystone, Luis was the company founder, CEO and Head of Client Relations for Oligo Swiss Fund Services, a Swiss FINMA-accredited fund services company, authorised and regulated to represent foreign funds distributed in Switzerland.
Previously, Luis worked at CERN in a research capacity on cloud-distributed database systems. Luis has a MSc in Physics Engineering from Lisbon university and a PhD in Computer Science from UNIGE. He is fluent in English, French and Portuguese.
