Patrick Foley is Managing Director for the Delegate Risk Oversight (DRO) team. As Managing Director, Patrick is responsible for ensuring his team are aware of incoming products and regulations from the Gatekeeping Forums and ensuring the design of the oversight is commensurate with regulatory developments and changing expectations.
Patrick has experience in front office, client facing positions and technical hedge fund valuations. He began his career at Citco, Dublin before moving to Deutsche Bank where he spent over three years including time in both the Dublin and London offices. Patrick has over five years of experience in the hedge fund industry and prior to joining Waystone he held the position of Account Manager at Citco, Dublin which, along with maintaining key client relationships also encompassed internal product initiatives and their development.
Patrick holds a Masters in Finance and a BA in Information Systems from Trinity College Dublin. He is also a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
