Sophie Farminer

Sophie is an Associate Director at Waystone and works on the Investment Solutions team. She joined ML Capital in 2016 and has been part of the firm’s growth and evolution including the merger between Montlake, DMS and MDO to form Waystone. Sophie plays a key role in managing and supporting the European-wide distribution team. She is an essential conduit for the team with external key stakeholders and internal teams with a focus on meeting deliverables, process efficiencies, team results and revenue. Sophie provides direct support to the Group’s Global Head of Distribution and has an important role in client relationship management. She is responsible for the team’s events, webinars, roadshow co-ordination with investment managers and works closely with the Head of Research and Global Head of Distribution to design the marketing strategy for funds in the Investment Solutions range. Sophie holds a degree in Business and Political Studies from Trinity College Dublin.
