Manou Ginter
Associate Director – Senior Legal Adviser
Manou joined Waystone in 2017 and is based in the Luxembourg office where he is Senior Legal Adviser in the Legal team. In his day to day role, Manou is involved in the setting-up of regulated and unregulated funds in Luxembourg, drafting legal documents, advising clients and handling day to day communication with the Luxembourg regulator, the CSSF. He also provides advice to investment committees, conducting officers and fund boards.
Manou has over 10 year’s work experience in the European cross border financial industry and, prior to joining Waystone, he worked for the European Investment Bank on EU financing in private equity funds, Allen & Overy in Luxembourg and Clifford Chance in Paris.
Manou holds a bachelor’s of law from University Aix-Marseille III, a master’s of Business Law, University Aix-Marseille III, a master’s of Financial Law, University Paris XI & École Supérieure de Commerce de Paris and an LL.M. in financial law from King’s College London.
Manou is tri-lingual in Luxembourgish, French and German and also speaks fluent English.
