Waystone appointed as Platform Operator for Lloyd’s Global Investment Platform

Waystone’s ability to service the full spectrum of investment vehicles across key domiciles together with its market-leading technology infrastructure was a key factor in its appointment. As Platform Operator, Waystone will structure investment solutions for the insurance industry which will include:

• establishing and maintaining the ongoing operation of investment vehicles and structures
• oversight of regulated funds in accordance with AIFMD, UCITS and local regulatory rules
• provision of consolidated reporting services for platform vehicles.

The Lloyd’s investment platform structure consists of Schroders Solutions as the Investment Advisor and Waystone in its capacity as Platform Operator, allowing the funds on the platform to benefit from best in-class, nonconflicting, and transparent governance and oversight.
