Julie Dixon

Based in Waystone’s North America operations, Julie has more than 25 years’ experience in financial services and leads our global Compliance Solutions. Julie is a regulatory expert, with experience managing compliance programs and examinations as a CCO and consultant for both buy-side and sell-side participants in the public markets and a broad spectrum of participants in the private markets. Julie has worked with hedge fund managers, private equity and venture capital managers, public fund issuers, market makers, exchanges, private debt issuers, banks and publicly listed companies on global compliance programs.

As an entrepreneur and business strategist, Julie founded Titan Regulation & Advisory, a US regulatory compliance consulting firm that served 400 hedge funds, private equity firms, broker-dealers, CTA/CPO firms, and banks. This venture was later acquired by Waystone.

Prior to Titan, Julie worked in Citadel Investment Group, where she held various key positions including Director and Head of Mortgage Compliance. She has also served as the Chief Compliance Officer for a Chicago-based high-frequency trading firm.

Julie earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Missouri and has a post graduate in Finance and Accounting at Loyola University of Chicago.
