Colin Nestor
Associate Director, Investment Management Oversight
Colin Nestor joined Waystone in 2023, bringing with him over 10 years of experience across a wide range of roles and jurisdictions.
Prior to joining Waystone, Colin acted as an Independent Director to a wide range of fund and management structures registered in the Cayman Islands. During his time in the Cayman Islands, Colin also acted as designated person for a non-EU AIFM and as a director for several SIBA registered persons. Previously, Colin worked as designated person for investment management in an Irish based UCITS and AIFM Management Company, having previously worked at a boutique investment management firm in Dublin.
Colin is a Chartered Financial Analyst, and holds a Master’s degree in Economic Policy, Evaluation and Planning after completing a degree in Economics, Politics, and Law. Colin was also registered as an Associated Person with the National Commodities Futures Association and an Accredited Director with the Chartered Governance Institute of Canada.
