Tyler Dennin

With over a decade of experience in the alternatives market, Tyler has been dedicated to servicing a diverse client base, including those in private equity, real estate, hedge, and BDC sectors.

As Director of PERE (Private Equity & Real Estate) Accounting, Tyler is responsible for overseeing the financial reporting and operations of private equity and real estate portfolios. He collaborates closely with clients to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, while also driving operational excellence within his team.

Prior to his current role at Waystone, Tyler played an instrumental role at Centaur Fund Services USA in the position of Senior Manager of Private Equity until its acquisition by Waystone in 2023. He has also held significant positions at global financial institutions. At State Street, he held the role of Vice President, where he managed premier-level client relationships, led onboarding and conversion initiatives, and ensured the effective application of technology in reporting for clients.

Previously, Tyler worked at Citigroup as Assistant Vice President, where he managed teams both onshore and offshore, ensuring accuracy in deliverables, and facilitated the onboarding and conversion of multiple funds.

Throughout his career Tyler has managed the onboarding and conversions for large multi-billion dollar asset managers operating credit, hybrid and private equity strategies. He has also specialised in designing and implementing service models for complex fund structures where dynamic investor reporting has been required.

Tyler holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Montclair State University.
