Noel McGrath
Executive Director, Client Services
Noel possesses over two decades of experience in client-facing roles within the funds industry. His extensive knowledge spans both North America and Europe, making him instrumental in Waystone’s client services operations.
As Executive Director of Client Services, Noel’s responsibilities include managing and coordinating client relationships, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that align with client needs, developing and implementing strategies to improve client satisfaction, and working closely with various departments to streamline processes to enhance the overall client experience. His role also involves addressing client concerns, providing feedback to the management team, and driving initiatives that promote long-term client retention and growth. Noel also works closely with new clients ensuring they have a smooth and transparent onboarding.
Previously, Noel was Head of Investor Services at Centaur Fund Services, until its acquisition by Waystone in 2023. Earlier in his career, he managed the Investor Services Group at Citi Hedge Fund Services in Bermuda, which was previously known as Bisys Hedge Fund Services. Noel has also held various operational roles with Citigroup and Irish Life Investment Managers.
Noel holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Finance from Maynooth University.
