Gerry Salucci

With a strong presence in the financial services industry since 1986, Gerry possesses a wealth of experience, gained through various roles at premier international financial institutions in Luxembourg.

As Managing Director at Waystone Administration Solutions, Gerry’s responsibilities include overseeing strategic initiatives, managing key client relationships, guiding cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence, and driving innovations that align with the company’s growth objectives. Based in Luxembourg, Gerry plays a pivotal role in decision-making processes and collaborates with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery and enhanced client satisfaction.

Previously, Gerry served as the Managing Director at Centaur in Luxembourg until its acquisition by Waystone in 2023. His journey prior to this included a Vice President role at the Bank of New York Mellon, focusing on business change management. Gerry also contributed significantly to Commerzbank International as Assistant Vice President, where he supervised the Transfer Agent and Client Service Teams. His other noteworthy roles include Assistant Vice President – Money Market Manager at General Reinsurance – CKAG Luxembourg and a managerial position at Citigroup Luxembourg, where he worked closely with the Global Custody Department.

Gerry is an alumnus of the Lycée Limpertsberg in Luxembourg.
