Amit Rajdev

Amit has over 22 years’ experience across Operations Management, Project Management, Financial Services, Service Delivery; currently spearheading as a Director in Waystone Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd (India) part of Waystone Group. He has worked in sectors such as Fund Administration, Mortgage, Equity Data, and Textiles in his career.

As a Director, Amit plays a key role in developing Waystone’s India office as a GCC for the Waystone Group and contributes successfully towards the overall goal of the organisation. He is responsible for conforming to local government laws and ensuring that the business operations are consistent with the regulation of the respective sending jurisdiction.

Amit possesses first-hand experience in establishing global offices in India and working for different territories such as US, UK, Ireland, Luxembourg and Singapore. Providing excellent and stable Service Delivery, implementing innovative ways of working to support lean structure, bringing sensitivity in leadership are just a few advantages he brings to the table. Amit has been instrumental in creating efficiencies by undertaking process re-engineering and automation in his stint with Morningstar India, Link Group & State Street Syntel. He also has a proven record of establishing effective governance framework in his previous undertakings.

Prior to joining Waystone, Amit has worked for global firms like Link Group, State Street Syntel, Morningstar India, TCS Eserve (formerly known as Citigroup Global Services Ltd).

Amit has a Master’s in Business Administration from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai.
