Nigel Mudd
Managing Director, Transfer Agency
Nigel is the Managing Director of Transfer Agency with over two decades of experience in the financial services industry.
Nigel joined Waystone in 2023 as part of its acquisition of Link Fund Solutions, where Nigel held the role of Operations Director. Nigel joined Link Fund Solutions in 2006 and has been a Board member and an FCA approved senior manager since 2022. He has overall responsibility for the operational delivery, business growth and profitability of this strategically important business line.
Nigel has an in-depth industry knowledge along with a proven ability to lead, whilst achieving robust and efficient business models and operational success. He was instrumental in establishing and growing the Mumbai Centre of Excellence, now utilised throughout the Waystone Group.
Nigel received his degree from Durham University and is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Securities & Investments. Throughout his career, Nigel has been a major contributor to various industry groups, including being a primary member of the TA Forum.
