Michael joined Waystone Management Company (Lux) S.A. in September 2023. He brings along more than 22 years’ accumulated experience within the Luxembourg fund industry, across a wide spectrum of areas, including operational, product development, Fund Management, Transitions, Mergers/Acquisitions, onboarding new structures (AIFM or UCITS), Due Diligence, Compliance, and Internal Auditing. Before joining Waystone Management Company (Lux) S.A., he had over 15 years of experience as Head of Fund Onboarding and Head of Transition and Project management, in leading organizations in Luxembourg.
Michael holds a BA (Hons) Accounting and Finance, an MSc Internal Audit and Management, as well an MBA.
