General Terms of Business

       

      • Cayman Islands – These Terms and Conditions of Business apply to an agreement entered into with a Waystone Contracting Party domiciled in the Cayman Islands (including, but not limited to, Waystone Governance Ltd., Waystone Corporate Services (Cayman) Ltd., and Waystone Regulatory Compliance Services Ltd.).
      • Hong Kong – These Terms and Conditions of Business apply to an agreement entered into with a Waystone Contracting Party domiciled in Hong Kong (including, but not limited to, Waystone Governance (HK) Limited).
      • Singapore – These Terms and Conditions of Business apply to an agreement entered into with a Waystone Contracting Party domiciled in Singapore (including, but not limited to, Waystone (SG) Pte. Ltd, Waystone Compliance Solutions (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. and Waystone Corporate Solutions (Singapore) Pte. Ltd.).
      • United States – These Terms and Conditions of Business apply to an agreement entered into with a Waystone Contracting Party domiciled in the United States (including, but not limited to, Waystone Compliance Solutions (US) Ltd and Waystone Governance (Delaware) LLC).
