Alison Buss
Executive Director, Corporate Secretarial Services
Alison has been working in the financial services sector since 2006 and has a wealth of experience in corporate secretarial services. Currently, Alison is responsible for Waystone’s offshore corporate secretarial division.
Prior to joining Waystone, Alison spent 13 years at Centaur Fund Services Limited, progressing from the role of Corporate Services Manager in 2010 to Head of Corporate Services in 2019. She took on the role of Executive Director – Head of Corporate Services in January 2022 until Centaur’s acquisition by Waystone in 2023. Before joining Centaur Fund Services Limited, Alison was an Account Manager at Citi Hedge Fund Services (Ireland), Limited (formerly BISYS Hedge Fund Services Limited), where she provided company secretarial support to offshore hedge fund clients.
Alison is a Chartered Secretary (ACG) and holds degrees in Legal Theory and English from Rhodes University, South Africa.
