David Redmond
Executive Director – Head of Strategic Change Onboarding
David joined the Company in 2012 and has a wealth of knowledge and experience served across a number of roles within Waystone. In his current role as Head of Strategy Change, he leads processes and procedures enhancements within the global Onboarding team with a focus on automation and creating efficiencies.
David also acts as a director to a number of investment fund vehicles predominantly in the real estate, private debt, infrastructure and private equity sectors.
Previously, David was Head of Onboarding in the Luxembourg office of Waystone from 2018 – 2024 where he spearheaded a number of integrations, produced robust processes and procedures to enhance infrastructure and built an established team on the ground.
He also worked across jurisdictions for a number of key Waystone clients from a relationship management perspective, supporting ongoing management of AIFs and UCITs to comply with regulatory and governance requirements.
David has over 18 years of experience working in the funds industry. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business studies from the Technological University of Ireland and also received a post graduate diploma in International Fund Services from the Institute of Bankers, Ireland.
