A qualified solicitor, Fiona has a background in commercial law, particularly in the areas of PE and PERE (Private Equity and Real Estate). At Waystone, Fiona is engaged in legal project management, product related services and group procurement, applying her knowledge of onshore and offshore regulatory regimes, data protection laws, AML and outsourcing requirements. She collaborates with clients, their law firms, in-house counsels, and all service providers to the Waystone group.
Prior to joining Waystone, Fiona was Legal Counsel for Centaur until its acquisition by Waystone in 2023.
