Francois Myburgh is a Director of Waystone Centralised Services (Philippines), Inc. responsible for the operations and office in the Philippines for Fund Administration. His mandate includes maintaining high-level client service standards, growing an efficient operations centre and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Prior to his time at Waystone, Francois held significant roles across high-profile financial institutions. Most recently, he was part of Centaur’s Bermuda business as Senior Vice President and Operations Manager until its acquisition by Waystone in 2023. Previously, he was associated with J.P. Morgan in Australia, advancing through positions from Account Manager of Fund Accounting to Vice President of Solutions and Implementations. His journey also includes leadership roles in fund accounting at Apex Fund Services in Malta and CITI Hedge Fund Services in Bermuda.
Francois holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting and a BCom Hons in Internal Audit from the University of Pretoria. A Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Francois has anchored his career in financial services since 2003.
