John is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of Waystone. With extensive M&A experience, and a history of working in highly-regulated financial environments, John also plays a pivotal role in the firm’s corporate M&A transactions.
Before joining Waystone, John worked as Director of Corporate Finance for Grant Thornton in Dublin. During this time, John worked on the deal advisory, leading due diligence and transaction advisory on various M&A deals. Previously, he also held the role of Assistant Manager at PwC, operating within the Audit Department.
John holds a Master’s in Accounting from Dublin City University and a Bachelor’s degree in Law and Accounting from the University of Limerick. John is a member of the Chartered Accountants Ireland (ACA).
