Mark joined Waystone in 2024 and is based in the London office. As Director, Mark is responsible for developing a strong pipeline of potential clients in the closed-ended fund space (private equity, real estate and credit funds) and for positioning Waystone’s administration service offering within Europe. In addition, Mark develops and manages Waystone’s intermediary and third-party services provider network.
Mark has over 20 years’ experience in the professional services industry, developing a proven track record of generating new revenue within private capital fund administration services, including AIFM, fund finance, depositary and ESG reporting. Mark has previously held roles at EY, IQ-EQ and Intertrust.
Mark holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Nottingham.
