Michael Hackett

Michael is an experienced leader within the company secretarial and corporate governance space and is a Director at Waystone, leading the Ireland and Luxembourg Company Secretarial offerings. Michael has over 19 years of experience working with Apex Group, Maples and Citibank and has a strong record of success within leadership of people and client delivery.

Michael’s expertise lies in devising company secretarial operating models across multiple jurisdictions and utilising technological and practical solutions in relation to corporate governance, board meetings and statutory filings.

Michael graduated from Waterford Institute of Technology in 2003 with a degree in Business related to company secretarial practice and corporate governance and is currently in the second year of a Master’s Degree in Management and Corporate Governance at Ulster University.
