Mike is a Senior Advisor to the Waystone Group. He previously served as Group Director, Chair of the Group Risk Committee and Chairman of its Regulated Fund Services business.
Mike has particular expertise in the provision of management company services. He established KB Associates in 2003 and, over a twenty-year period led its development to become Ireland’s leading provider of management company services to UCITS and the premier provider of advisory services to asset managers establishing and operating investment funds in Ireland. He was also responsible for developing the firm’s presence in the Cayman Islands, Luxembourg, Malta and the UK. KB Associates joined the Waystone Group in 2022.
Mike has over thirty years’ experience of the asset management industry. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (Hons) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting (Hons) from University College Dublin. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.
