Nancy Lewis brings over 20 years of international executive and non-executive board experience in regulated industries in all major financial centres. Nancy is also Chair of the Audit and Renumeration Committees at Waystone.
Nancy has worked as an advisor for financial sponsors for the last eight years. She has particular expertise evaluating and handling due diligence on target companies as well as operational development of portfolio companies including integration, technology, systems, and process improvement.
Nancy is an active member of the Women in Corporate Directors Foundation, the only global membership organisation and community of female corporate directors. Nancy holds an MBA from Queens University in Canada.
