      Richard is an experienced investment professional with deep expertise of the alternative investment industry, specifically in areas of fund administration, Cayman solutions, compliance services and European fund solutions. Currently based in New York, Richard serves as the Managing Director of Business Development and the Head of US Waystone Fund Administration Sales. In this role, Richard oversees strategic growth initiatives and client relations while collaborating with global alternative investment funds by addressing their complex operational, regulatory and fund administration requirements.

      Prior to this, Richard played a pivotal role in the success of Centaur Fund Services US until its acquisition by Waystone in 2023. Previously, Richard spent over a year at KOGER and seventeen years at three alternative investment funds.

      Richard held roles such as Director of Fund Operations, Director of Equities, Head of Trading, Portfolio Manager and Partner while working at Cramer Berkowitz, Stratix Asset Management and Quad Capital. At KOGER, Richard focused on business development, solving complex operational, regulatory and multi-jurisdictional needs for global investment funds.

      Richard spent significant time at Quad Capital as a Portfolio Manager and Team Lead. At Quad he managed a large team of portfolio managers in addition to founding the Quad Research Analyst Program, a strategic initiative aimed at streamlining analyst research producing diversified asset allocation strategies. Joining Stratix at inception, Richard was a Partner and Director of Fund Operations, showcasing his adeptness in organisational leadership, delegation, operational management, strategic hiring and budgetary planning. At Cramer Berkowitz Richard managed a dynamic global investment operation as the Director of Equities and Head of Trading.

      Richard holds a BSc degree in Finance from the Lender School of Business at Quinnipiac University where he received a four year basketball scholarship. He has also secured licenses and certifications in regulatory ethics, finance, and taxation from the National Registry of CPE Sponsors.
