Roger H. Hanson is a Managing Director at Waystone where he oversees fund governance for a portfolio of hedge fund and private equity clients.
Roger’s fund expertise spans various investment strategies and structures, including investment management companies, distressed situations and emerging market funds.
Roger was formerly the Regional Manager (North America & Caribbean) for Fortis Prime Fund Solutions, where he was responsible for directing the operations, compliance, and commercial activities of five offices in four countries. He is a founding member and Executive Committee member of the Cayman Islands Fund Administrators Association.
