      Kelly is an Independent Director employed by Waystone in Singapore, overseeing fund governance as well as regulatory and compliance requirements of investment funds across a broad range of products such as private equity, private credit, hybrid funds and hedge funds.

      She has over 20 years of financial services expertise, including responsibility for governance and oversight of investment funds, launching new funds and products, and managing due diligence reviews with investors and service providers.

      Having previously worked in fund administration, asset management, banking and auditing, Kelly’s strong stakeholder experience enables her to manage the performance of key service providers, oversee financial reporting and regulatory compliance, as well as sustaining and driving operations.

      Prior to Waystone, Kelly worked at Citco Fund Services, where she acted as Vice President, establishing and leading the North Asia market coverage team, while also overseeing a portfolio of Cayman domiciled funds and Singapore based Variable Capital Companies (VCC). Additionally, Kelly previously held leadership roles at JP Morgan Asset Management and at State Street, where she oversaw funds operations and provided fund services to alternative investments vehicles. She also worked for a leading China based private equity firm and contributed to its successful launch of a private equity fund of funds product. Earlier in her career, Kelly worked as an auditor at Deloitte, focusing on large and complex international financial institutions.

      Kelly holds an Executive Master of Finance from INSEAD, France and a Master of Accountancy from Brock University, Canada. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the USA and a member of both INSEAD Alumni & Director Network (IDN). Kelly is a Registered Director with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA) and a member of Singapore Institute of Directors (SID). She is a native Mandarin speaker and is fluent in English and Cantonese.
