Waystone Announces Alan Burke as Chief People Officer
With more than 20 years of international experience in driving organisational success through people management initiatives, Alan will lead the HR team and be responsible for shaping and implementing Waystone’s global people and culture strategy to support business objectives.
Alan’s appointment comes at an exciting time in Waystone’s journey and its focus on its people, culture and performance. As Waystone and its range of solutions has grown to respond to the growing needs of clients worldwide, the business has also increased to over 1,700 staff across more than 20 offices globally. Alan’s strong track record in HR strategy, culture and organisational transformation, leadership development and talent acquisition will support Waystone through its next phase of growth.
Throughout his career, Alan has served in human resources (HR) leadership positions at large international companies in the financial services industry. Most recently, Alan has been consulting at Vistra as they transform their HR function. Prior, he had a long-standing career at Citco, working in several senior roles. This included Global Head of Talent Acquisition where he was responsible for the hiring and effective workforce planning across the company; as well as the Global Head of HR Business Partners/Operations where he led a team of 75 staff based across 35 countries in delivering organisational change through HR initiatives.
