Registered with the Ontarion Securities Commission as an Exempt, Non-Resident Investment Fund Manager.

      Regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland as a MiFID firm, cannot hold investor money. Also registered with the NFA as an a Commodity Pool Operator (CPO), Commodities Trading Advisor (CTA) and is a Swap Firm Approved.

      Fund administrator authorised by the Central Bank of Ireland under Section 10 of the Investment Intermediaries Act, 1995 (as amended).
